We're on a mission to achieve zero transport fatalities
Every year, around 1.35 million people die, and between 20 and 50 million people are injured, due to some form of transport accident caused by human error, negligence, risky behaviour, unpredictable events or unsafe conditions.
Launched in 2000 as a spin-out from the Australian National University, in conjunction with Volvo Technological Development, our big idea was for driver monitoring to enable the development of the crash-proof vehicle. This vision has stood the test of time and applies today, more than ever before, with DMS technology fast becoming a safety requirement in all future vehicles.
