TERMS OF USE

GENERAL

The Seeing Machines e-commerce store is available to existing Guardian customers and distributors located within Australia only who have a current agreement with Seeing Machines.

By placing an order through the Seeing Machines e-commerce platform customers and distributors agree to all terms & conditions pertaining to the site.

All orders made through the Seeing Machines e-commerce platform are governed by the terms and conditions under the applicable Guardian customer or distribution agreement between the purchaser and Seeing Machines.  

SHIPPING

Scheduled Delivery

Upon Seeing Machines confirming a product order, Seeing Machines will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Products available for delivery to you as soon as possible. However, Seeing Machines will not be liable for delays in delivery.

International Shipping

The Seeing Machines e-commerce store does not currently provide international shipments.

Tracking

All orders placed online are delivered via TNT Australia. Once your order has been packed, ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with a consignment number and link to track your order directly through their website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the TNT Australia system before attempting to track your order. If you have any concerns relating to the delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Service Team by phone or email. We will generally respond to online enquiries within 1-2 business days.
